A gentleman among thieves

Article Abstract:

European Commission President-elect Romano Prodi has attracted rather mixed views. Some observers see him as being unpretentious and accommodating, while others feel that he is a rather inadequate political operator, more able to dream up ideas than to put them into practice. Many questions will be raised about his political abilities as he takes up one of the most important political offices in Europe. He managed to survive two years and five months as Italian Prime Minister, but most people feel that this was more due to luck than to true tactical ability.

However, few Albanians are planning to flee Kosovo. Indeed, many Kosovo Albanians living in other countries are considering returning there to help their families in their time of need.
