Middle-class kids rule, OK
Article Abstract:
A study by University of Sussex Professor Peter Saunders entitled 'Unequal But Fair? A Study of Class Barriers in Britain', published by the Institute of Economic Affairs, concludes that the UK no longer has classes, but his evidence does not justify his conclusions. The fact that jobs and high salaries are given to those who both work hard and are intelligent does not necessarily mean that the country has become classless. There would have to be proof that effort, besides intelligence, is genetically inherited.
