Can baby carbuncles become adult icons?

Article Abstract:

Unlike most technology in the home, personal computers do not appear to have had any serious thought put into their design, although art students are beginning to create more interesting exteriors. Produced and designed by engineers, computers are deemed just to be entirely functional products and have been designed to be inoffensive rather than to enhance the surroundings. Royal College of Art students have made some innovations in the design direction which has interested Apple; NEC have also produced some trendy laptops.

A child's intuition, an adult's logic

Article Abstract:

The RIBA Heinz Gallery in Portman Square, London, UK, is holding an exhibition of the drawings of architect Sir Edward Lutyens. Many of these have not been publicly shown before, and some deal with relatively unknown building projects. They show his great skill as an architect, indicating that he took the same approach as sculptor would to his work.

Baby, you can wear my car

Article Abstract:

Some observers believe that there are many similarities between fashionable clothes and cars. They claim that clothes often look like the cars of that particular era, as well as resembling the shapes and styles of interiors. This trend is particularly visible in women's clothing. In contrast, the design of men's clothing tends to change very little.
