Article Abstract:

The quiet town of Cetinje, Montenegro, could become the focus for the civil war that many people in Montenegro believe will break out in the near future. The Serbs are victims too

Article Abstract:

It is important to remember that attacks are being carried out against Serbs in Kosovo, Yugoslavia. These attacks have the implicit backing of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA). The KLA denies responsibility, but takes no action against those who attack Serbs on its behalf. The international community must make it clear that it will not help with the reconstruction of Kosovo unless the KLA stops attacking the Serbs.
