'The Hound of the Baskervilles,' which was published in 1901, is widely regarded as the work of Arthur Conan Doyle, who created the popular character Sherlock Holmes. Little attention is given to the fact that Conan Doyle himself credited Bertram Fletcher Robinson with giving him the central idea for the work.

Watchdog group ends boycott

The Los Angeles, CA-based National Hispanic Media Coalition (NHMC) has ended its boycott against Disney/ABC for its alleged employment discrimination to Hispanics. NHMC Chairman Alex Nogales feels that the group will still continue its fight against discrimination particularly in the media sector.

Chocolate was first introduced in liquid form. Its source, the cacao bean, was first discovered in Mexico in 400 B.C. Its popularity then spread throughout France, Spain and the rest of the world. Up to the present, chocolate has retained its well-loved status.
