WISE Employers Advertise for Women
Article Abstract:
The Equal Opportunities Commission has published a leaflet that encourages science and engineering employers to try to attract women to their companies. Job advertisements should encourage women to apply for job openings. Presently only 2.32 percent of engineering technicians are women, and 2.64 percent of professional engineers are female.
