Research has shown that, as people age, they not only come to need food to live but also particular foods are required to live well. Since certain foods reduce one's chances of having old-age diseases, individuals over 50 years of age must ensure that their meals contain the proper nutrients.

Issues concerning ways if maintaining good health during the winter season are discussed. In order to maintain good health during winter, it is recommended that exercise is taken regularly, hands are washed often, and that the body can benefit from additional rest.
