Sy Okner participated in the 13-day program at the Pritikin Longevity Center. The program combines the Pritikin diet with exercise therapy to achieve a healthier cardiovascular system. The Pritikin diet features meals low in fat, high in carbohydrates and fiber and no sugar, salt, alcohol or caffeine.
