Employee transfer and employee turnover: a theoretical and practical disconnect?
Article Abstract:
The significance of employee transfer and employee turnover on the overall context of organizational behavior requires in depth analysis and further research. Observers claim that there is more to evaluate in employee transfer than employee turnover in terms of dysfunctionality, organizational costs and benefits. Turnover records show that about 40-50 per cent of the employees involved leave in the interest of the company.

Relocation decision-making and couple relationships: a quantitative and qualitative study of dual-earner couples
Article Abstract:
Results of two surveys, first one conducted to analyze the influence of part ner on the employee's acceptance or rejection of geographical mobility and the second one conducted to analyze the dynamics within the couple while making relocation decisions, are presented.
