Explaining educational influences on attitudes toward homosexual relations
Article Abstract:
College educated individuals remain less disapproving of homosexual sex than less educated persons. The liberalizing effect of education on attitudes toward homosexual relations is due, in part, to education's association with support for civil liberties and in part, to schooling's correlation with cognitive sophistication.

A lifecourse study on education and health: The relationship between childhood psychosocial resources and outcomes in adolescence and young adulthood
Article Abstract:
The lifecourse framework that is used to study the effects of childhood psychosocial development on young people's health and education and the results are discussed. It is felt that at times the association between childhood circumstances and health outcomes in the long run gets stronger with age.

Familial relations and labor market outcomes: the Palestinian refugees in Lebanon
Article Abstract:
The intra-family support among the Palestinians living in Lebanon is surveyed from the refugee camps. Five latent class of familial exchanges such as married, loners, educated, employed and those with stronger ties to relatives and more likely to money exchangers are described.
