A note on adjusting national input-output data for regional table construction
Article Abstract:
The table disaggregation and adjustment (TDA) technique presents a more accurate and just-in-time base tables for updating national annual accounts. It provides a short definition of the process of TDA. The result of the study made TDA a good alternative for input-output table regionalization for those provided by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), and the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA).

A note on the shift to a service-based economy and the consequences for regional growth
Article Abstract:
The recent transformation towards services and away from manufacturing in the US economy may have helped regional employment growth. However, when the effects of employment shares of various types of services on the growth rates of nondurable and durable manufacturing were explored, business services which may produce knowledge spillovers, had no effect on regional manufacturing growth.
