Issues and perspectives on evaluating manufacturing modernization programs
Article Abstract:
The development of an effective evaluation for industrial modernization programs is suggested along with presentation and critical review of available information. In consideration of the rapid emergence of modernization programs, it is difficult to establish an evaluation program that is comprehensive in measuring the impact of modernization programs to the industry. A trial and error approach is therefore necessary to improve upon the flaws.
