Manufacturing location and impacts of road transport infrastructure: empirical evidence from Spain
Article Abstract:
The impact of road infrastructure on the location of new manufacturing establishments in Spain municipalities from 1980 to 1994, a period when most of the major road network was developed is analyzed. The results show that new motorways affect the spatial distribution of manufacturing establishments at the municipality level.

Multi-outlet firms, competition and market segmentation strategies(includes bibliography)
Article Abstract:
Marketing strategies affect the competition existing among firms operating several outlets. Without taking the implemented strategy in consideration, outlets tend to search for the highest geographic and value differentiation with low reservation utilities.
