Research requirements for research impact assessment
Article Abstract:
Several approaches to carrying out a research impact assessment are examined along with general research prerequisites such as certification, quality, motivation and review frequency. These include retrospective methods, qualitative methods such as peer review and quantitative methods such as cost-benefit analysis. Possible improvements to the credibility and acceptability are also discussed.
