The advent of biotechnology transfer in agriculture
Article Abstract:
Continuous innovation has helped strengthen American agriculture since the 19th century. This included not only new discoveries but also practical applications derived from new knowledge. In addition, industrial infrastructure was generated by these innovations which also resulted in cheap and effective technology. A marketing and education network also helped in transferring the technology to end users. The mechanisms for technology transfer were investigated and modifications were suggested to make institutions more efficient in transferring biotechnology knowledge.
