The various human rights in healthcare
Article Abstract:
The right to receive medical care provided by government to those needing them describes the American debate over a human right to healthcare. Freedom from healthcare discrimination follows from freedom to receive needed medical care, and which healthcare services Americans have a right to must also be figured out.

Must a civil society be a censored society?
Article Abstract:
Why laws censoring hate speech are misguided and do not follow the American tradition is addressed. Solutions must focus on the idea that no problem is so intractable that censoring speech is the only way to solve it.
