A reanalysis of the IASSW World Census 2000
Article Abstract:
The International Association of Schools of Social Work (IASSW) president with the support of the board has asked for a reanalysis of the quantitative data by region that was provided by census project commissioned in 1998. The analysis has indicated a remarkable degree of consistency across regions for education programs in social work/social pedagogy and has confirmed a high degree of similarity in their curriculum with few, but notable, regional differences.

Grassrooting the space of flows
Article Abstract:
A look at the interactive evolution of society and technology is presented, citing how use of technology has reached the grassroot level, such as individuals and organizations using the Internet as a management tool for social movements. This evolution is explained by the space of flows model, or the occurrence of simultaneous social practices without contiguity of territory.
