Fixed-term military service: problems of adaptation
Article Abstract:
Russian military service has various psychological features. Soldiers newly inducted are dependent on sergeants, combat training are subject to many prohibitions, the third quarter of service sees a lessening of interpersonal conflict, and the last quarter sees assertion of individual dominance.
