Good deeds via good design
Article Abstract:
Conceptual designing done by volunteers involved in community service programs for transforming old houses by incorporating facilities to run educational and recreational programs into good community centres, is discussed. The innovative architectural designs used for creating extra space, while retaining the original structure of the house, proved to be good marketing tools for attracting contributors for community programs.

Regulation and trust in action: The subtle balance between doctors and management in two Belgian hospitals
Article Abstract:
The question of the formal and informal control of problem doctors in two Belgian/Flemish hospitals is answered.
