IMEC set for more training
Article Abstract:
The International Maritime Employers Committee will be focusing on training ship officers in the Philippines after a survey of committee members reflected a shortage of officers. An IMEC working group suggested a dedicated IMEC course in the country to increase the quality of ship officer training.
