Washing machines

Article Abstract:

Single and twin nozzle crude oil washing machines for cargo ship tanks and hulls have different cleaning characteristics and advantages. The single nozzle is directed only a single spot while twin nozzle models can wash all areas of the tank simultaneously. However, single nozzle machines have a faster cleaning time because of multi-stage positioning ability. Shipowners must consider the maintenance difficulties of single nozzles because of their more intricate mechanisms and out-of-balance forces.
