Article Abstract:

Movenpick Restaurants in North America is planning an aggressive expansion program in the US and Canada. The owners of the Canadian operations of Movenpick Restaurants of Switzerland, Jorg and Marianne Reichert, plans to put up restaurants under the Marchelino and Take Me! Marche names in Montreal, Quebec, in August 1998, Boston, MA, in September 1998, Chicago, IL and New York in the spring of 1999. The couple aims to successfully implement the expansion in North America in five years or risk losing ownership.
