The site and stage of anti-DNA B-cell deletion
Article Abstract:
The developmental stage and site at which B cell-regulation occurs is investigated by describing the modified anti-dsDNA transgenic mice. The investigation reveals that a deletion of the normal mice B cells expressing anti-DNA specificity in the bone marrow causes the B cell regulation. The deletion occurs at a pre-B to immature B transitional stage.
