Article Abstract:

The INtouch electronic communication system has enabled Federated Investors to attract and keep targeted brokers. The system consists of fax-on-demand fund literature, a Web site for automated ordering, and an Interactive Voice Response system, and it is available toll-free at any time. With the system, Federated achieved nearly $24 million in sales from former and new brokers.
