Gregory L. Possehl: Curator, Asian section

Article Abstract:

Gregory L. Possehl is a curator in the Asian section and professor of Anthropology who contributed 40 years of archeological research in India and Pakistan. Some of the archeological projects he participated in are discussed like the one in Quetta valley of West Pakistan, including some of his research publications like the 'Harappan Civilization: A contemporary Perspective', and 'The Indus Civilization'.

Shamanism and spirit

Article Abstract:

Shamanism is an activity in the world that is neither ordinary nor spiritual. Shaman has originated from Tungus of Siberia and it means spirit healer, the various other ways to learn shamanism are discussed.
