New York City's Four Seasons Hotel offers an afternoon tea menu that was inspired by Charles Dickens' 'A Christmas Carol Afternoon Tea.' The hotel's Executive Chef Susan Weaver has created a savory treat composed of small sandwiches, pastries, mince pies and miniature Twelfth Night cakes.
