Lobby renovation

Article Abstract:

Foot traffic through the years had given the lobby of the 360 East 72nd Street Building a tired look despite being renovated in the early 1980s. Located in New York City, NY, the building houses 462 cooperative apartments and are served by 3 elevators. Built in 1961, the building has a large lobby measuring 7,750 sq. ft. Sarah Tomerlin Lee was chosen to redesign the lobby and came up with a design that would make proud the young families and the elderly who have lived in the building for almost 40 years.
