Shared conferencing

Article Abstract:

The concept of universal design canbe applied to meeting rooms. Designers should analyze the different aspects of meetings so that they can design facilities that will make its conduction easy and convenient. Designs should be flexible and integrate elements such as rampsfor the disabled. They should also incorporate a neutral background and providefor appropriate lighting. Designers may also come up with innovative creations such as an adjustable lecter which can be used by people, whether standing or on a wheelchair.
