Article Abstract:

The 8th Annual Effective Brochure & Binder Competition revealed the changing trends in the designing of brochures and provided information on designing quality brochures at low cost. The brochures and binders should have innovative designs, with a visual impact and aesthetic appeal. The designing and packaging of the brochures displayed in the Competition did not reflect much originality. Eight companies were awarded for their originality in making use of handcraft paper and hand-painted photography.

Article Abstract:

The Los Angeles Philharmonic will move into itsnew offices in the 200,000 sq ft Walt Disney Concert Hall. The Hall, which forms part of a 3.6 acre development, has a seating capacity of 2,389 seats. The Concert Hall will connect the Music Center with the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Library Square which will house the Los Angeles Public Library. Themusic center also features a 600-seat pre-concert auditorium and three ampitheaters.
