Six participants used two donated Lincoln Navigator sport utility vehicles to assault the Guinness world record for the shortest time to make a trans-America road trip. Their experiences and trials in bladder control and sleeping in a moving vehicle are recorded in humorous detail.

The Brighton Volunteer Fire Company of Tonawanda includes a group of fire fighters who are experts in extricating victims from mangled car wrecks. Regional contests are part of their expert training and culminate in the UET Annual Northeast Regional Extrication Competition.
