Many illnesses and even premature death can be prevented through appropriate and timely medical check up. Recommendations of health screenings for accountants and taking care that the future well being is dependent on leading a healthy lifestyle with no smoking and other bad habits are presented.

There is no evidence proving vitamin supplements to be beneficial for general population, but certain groups may benefit from supplementation. These groups include some elderly people, vegans, alcohol-dependent individuals, and patients with malabsorption.
