Article Abstract:

Gregory J. Feist, a lecturer in psychology at the University of California suggests several guidelines to motivate younger researchers to achieve greatness through encouraging certain qualities. Some of the qualities, which are predictors for lifetime achievement and eminence, include self-confidence, openness, tolerance, and an exceptional amount of motivation.

A long shot on cytomegalovirus

Article Abstract:

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention lists CMV as one of the top causes of birth defects on par with Down syndrome, fetal alcohol syndrome and neural tube defects. A vaccinologist, Gerd Maul, is trying to come up with a vaccine to rid the world of CMV.
