Rhizobium leguminosarum biovar viciae 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate deaminase promotes nodulation of pea plants

Article Abstract:

The authors descuss the strategies used by Rhizobium in nodulation regulation. They have isolated and characterized 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate deaminase gene from deaminase-producing Rhizobium leguminosarum biovar viciae, and have described the strategy employed by Rhizobium to promote nodulation via ethylene level adjustment in legumes.

Novel derivatives of 9,10-anthraquinone are selective algicides against the musty-odor cyanobacterium Oscillatoria perornata

Article Abstract:

Research has been conducted on 9,10-anthraquinone synthetic derivatives. The authors have demonstrated that these derivatives reduce Oscillatoria perornata and 2-methylisoborneol abundance in catfish pond water.
