The transcriptional factor Net regulates the angiogenic switch

Article Abstract:

Research has been conducted on transcription factor Net activated by phosphorylationd. The authors demonstrate that Net's down-regulation inhibits angiogenesis and vascular endothelial growth factor expression in vivo.

The Drosophila LIM-homeodomain protein Islet antagonizes proneural cell specification in the peripheral nervous system

Article Abstract:

Prepattern specification in Drosophila proneural clusters are dependent on the stoichiometry and differential affinities of individual binding-factors of Chip, the cofactor of GATA1 transcription factor Pannier.

Enhancer-promoter communication mediated by Chip during Pannier-driven proneural patterning is regulated by Osa

Article Abstract:

Research has been conducted on e nhancer-promoter communication regulation. Results suggest that altering chromatin is important for this regulation.
