A simple mistake

Article Abstract:

The chief architect of business tax reform in Australia, John Ralph, believes that business is paying a heavy price for the failure of the federal government to introduce reform in tax system. The current system is a mixture of statutory and judicial definitions and there is no structure to simplify it and consists of many loopholes for manipulation of law, which affects government revenue generation from tax.
