Noel Benson began his own accounting firm in 1997 and runs it with the help of his wife Marree. Since its founding, the firm's earnings have increased from $330,000 to $500,000 in 18 months. The firm's success despite its size and the stiff competition is its willingness to provide clients with small extra services and its community and school social work, such as motivating high schoolers to reach their goals.
