Bidders snarl over Telstra 2 secret ballot

Article Abstract:

Telstra Corporation Ltd. has issued a tough and restrictive institutional bookbuild, the Telstra 2 share offer. Fund managers, upset by the bidding rules, expect the final issue price for Telstra 2 to be between $7.75 and $7.85. The federal government has instituted the Greenshoe system, whereby the stock price does not decrease after the float.
