Article Abstract:

Richard Osius, chief executive officer of the Bank Fund Staff Federal Credit Union, plans to have 50% of the bank's members banking online or over the telephone. Security is a main issue, and the credit union is planning several new security techniques, including eye and fingerprint recognition. Maintaining an accurate customer base is essential to providing customer service. The credit union has 40,000 members worldwide.
