Work equity in 'phase two', maybe

Article Abstract:

Susan Halliday is Australia's Sex Discrimination Commissioner, and she has not seen great strides against sexual discrimination of women in the workplace. Much of sexual discrimination takes place in the recruitment process, where many businessmen still feel it is appropriate to advertise based on sex-related characteristics and appearance. Halliday is also working hard on "phase two" issues, such as pregnancy discrimination and wage equities for women.
