Champions of product innovations: defining, developing, and validating a measure of champion behavior

Article Abstract:

Results of a study of teamwork and managerial attitudes in companies leading in innovations show that the factors contributing to this lead is enthusiasm and confidence about the innovation, persistence and involvement of right mix of people. For the purpose, data was collected from the team and managerial sample at various intervals.

Successful intelligence as a basis for entrepreneurship

A blend of analytical, creative, and practical aspects of intelligence is required for successful entrepreneurship, which, in combination, constitutes successful intelligence. Successful entrepreneurship requires not only coming up with product and service ideas but also to know what kind of product or service one has.
