Article Abstract:

Dictaphone has introduced in Australia the Nucleus, a complex dictation system. It provides for dictation centers, the use of regular phone lines and microelectronics that will control up to 6,000 jobs. It will display job information. The Word Director is a console for work flow control. The Dictaphone MC 1253 is a portable dictaphone made for use either in an office or in a remote location. It has electronic indexing, single slide control and lock. A photograph of the Nucleus is included.
