Does the family business interaction factor represent a resource or a cost?

Article Abstract:

The relationship between families and their firms is explored. The role of positive relations and its influences on managerial and governance practices is discussed. It is concluded that favorable family and organizational relationships not only result in profits but also build abettor future for the organization.
