Oenophile in a strange land

Article Abstract:

Disney was initially rejected when they approached Jordan to run Napa Rose a restaurant at California Adventure theme park in Anaheim, however, Disney chased Jordan for six months and finally he turned and gave it a look. Napa Rose has 42 sommeliers on staff, from Roberto Ruiz to executive chef Andrew Sutton, more than any restaurant in the world and the program has expanded into a kind of sommelier farm team for restaurants throughout Disney.
