God help the spiritual writer

Article Abstract:

Spiritual writing has its proponents and detractors as people attempt to examine an area of human existence that is just beyond reach. Detractors cite the number of books on spiritual issues and that the majority promise quick fixes that offer little solution. Spiritual writing should examine a person's current world and how that world affects others as well. What once existed as rich literature is difficult to find today.

www.claptrap.com

Article Abstract:

Robert Coover's 1992 proposal that publishing of works on the Internet in hypertext be done in a nonlinear space as it would enable readers to move the text around and read what they wanted to read. The lack of interest in the form is quite pronounced, as readers desire the intimacy from books.
