Israel continues West Bank pullout

Israel complied with the second phase of the Palestinian self-rule accord, and withdrew its forces from Bethlehem on Dec 21, 1995. It also withdrew Israeli troops from Ramallah and Al-Bireh on Dec 27, 1995. Hebron is now the only West Bank city to remain under Israeli rule.

Israel arrests more Rabin slaying suspects; military withdraws from Jenin

Israeli authorities arrested two more suspects in connection with Rabin's assassination on Nov 11, 1995. They already have in custody the confessed killer and five other suspects. On Nov 13, 1995, Israel transferred control of Jenin to the Palestinian National Authority.
