It's Safer with Cash

Article Abstract:

Annual awards totalled between $2,000 and $3,000, as the company had less than five accidents a year. Now, however, the employees have begun to look beyond their own self interest, and the money is being donated to community organizations such as the Girl Scouts or a peewee baseball team.
