Leadership: A collaborative practice

Article Abstract:

As versus an individual leader, good leadership constitutes teamwork and collaboration, involving the capacity of every person in the group. Collective leadership includes variety, which helps in tackling different issues. Focusing on challenges is far more important than on personal qualities. The role played by individual characteristics is in their contribution to the collective effort. Leadership involves two sets of challenges u the inner zone of seven personal challenges, and the outer zone of fourteen key organizational challenges.
