Leveraging on systemic learning to manage the early phases of production innovation projects

Article Abstract:

Studies indicate that the early stages of new product development projects are important since they have a bearing on decisions that involve product performance. The organizational mechanisms, methods and behavioral patterns practiced by booming business establishments to handle concept generation and product planning were discussed in detail.
