Lowell watching for a 'poof' roll-up

Lowell Capital Group, a small financial services company based in Melbourne, Australia, plans to acquire some accounting firms to increase its services and clientele. According to managing director Paul Cowan, the price of accounting firms will rise to two or three times their annual revenue. Lowell offers a variety of financial services, including estate planning and funds management.
