Multi-Store Independent Installs Integrated System

Article Abstract:

The NCR 9020 is an integrated computer system that has been installed at Martin's Super Markets, a multi-store operation. It uses a software package that is specifically designed for super markets. This software provides applications such as: payroll, accounts payable, general ledger, super market meat control and a courtesy card system. The package consists of complete backup, an easy-to-use report generator and complete support for scanning. NCR 255 electronic terminals and scanning systems have been installed at various store locations.

Hyatt Regency Chicago Installs First NCR Self-Serve Registration System

Article Abstract:

Hyattpassport is a computer system that has been installed at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago. It enables a user to check in or out of the hotel and obtain billing-to-date via the use of an NCR 1810 self-service terminal. The system accepts major credit cards, such as American Express, MasterCard, Diners Club and Carte Blanche.
